This refund policy explains how RJVideo handles credit purchases, subscription renewals, and billing mistakes.

Unused credits

If credits were purchased by mistake and remain unused, contact info@regularjoe.io within 7 days so we can review the order.

Credits already used for generation work are generally not refundable because GPU processing and storage costs are incurred when jobs run.

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals. Access to already purchased credits follows the plan terms shown at checkout.

For duplicate charges, failed credit delivery, or checkout issues, email info@regularjoe.io with your account email and order reference.
